Welcome to the City of Wilson’s phone-based notification system. This system, run on the CodeRed platform, allows the city to send important messages to contacts stored in the notification database. We use this system to send out routine messages such as changes to the trash collection schedule and emergency messages for major storms or hazardous conditions. Message sent through CodeRed are also posted on the city's website and social media pages.

Important Note: When adding your address in the system, do not use any direction (N, E, S,W) included in your postal address. For example, do not enter 123 Main Street W, enter 123 Main Street. Your exact location should show on the map.
