NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

FOR CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTION OF WATER SHORTAGE RESPONSE PLAN

All citizens and residents of the City of Wilson, and its extraterritorial zone will take notice that the City of Wilson will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the City Council Chambers located on the third floor of City Hall to consider the following items:

1. Amendment of the City of Wilson Municipal Code Part III Subpart A Chapter 25 Article VI. WATER SHORTAGE REGULATIONS
2. Adoption of the Water Shortage Response Plan Updated July 2026
