Pursuant to N.C.G.S. 162A, Article 8, the City of Wilson engaged a consultant to analyze the City's system development fees. The resulting System Development Fee Analysis was completed on April 16, 2026 and made available for public comment on April 29, 2026. After a public hearing, the City Council adopted the System Development Fee Analysis and fee schedule by resolution on June 18, 2026. System Development Fees will go into effect on July 1, 2026.
