Applications for rezoning consideration must be submitted by the first Tuesday of the month prior to the next meeting of the Planning & Design Review Board.

To apply for a rezoning please visit our Wilson Application Portal. Please upload a Rezoning Application, and Map. Please email landdev@wilsonnc.org the metes and bound legal description in word format.
