The Board of Adjustment may issue Special Use Permits as outlined in the Unified Development Ordinance.

Review Process and Timing

The Board of Adjustment meets on the third Tuesday of each month. Applications for Special Use Permits must be submitted the third Tuesday of the month prior to the next meeting of the Board of Adjustment.

Please upload all supporting documentation (application, site plan, etc.) through the application portal.
