Rezoning, Conditional Districts and Text Amendments

When an applicant would like to utilize their property in a way that is not permitted the current zone, they must request to have the property rezoned to a classification that permits the desired use.

Review Process and Timing
Applications for rezoning consideration must be submitted by the first Tuesday of the month prior to the next meeting of the Planning & Design Review Board.
Text Amendments
Text amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance may be initiated by Development Services, the Planning & Design Review Board, Board of Adjustment, City Council, or any property owner or resident in Wilson.
