Unified Communications Center Supervisor
The role of the Unified Communications Center Supervisor is to provide leadership for both Greenlight Community Broadband Technical Support and Wilson Utilities dispatch staff. In addition, the UCC Supervisor serves as technical support for Greenlight and an emergency call-taker for Wilson Energy.
Brittany has been with the City of Wilson since 2007. She worked as a Customer Service Representative for Wilson Utilities until joining Greenlight during their launch in 2008. After serving approximately 6 years in Greenlight Customer Service, she stepped into her current role as supervisor for the UCC.
