The July 7 Planning & Design Review Board (P&DRB) meeting will be held virtually due to COVID-19 precautions in place. Participation in the meeting is available to the public through videoconference, live stream and Greenlight Channel 8. The meeting begins at 7 p.m.
Everyone is encouraged to watch the meeting through the live stream. The link will be provided on Tuesday morning. The meeting will also be shown live on Channel 8.

Public comment will be available during the public hearing. Comments can be submitted using the methods below:
- Written comments read at the meeting - Submit written comments to Secretary to the P&DRB Kim Anderson at kanderson@wilsonnc.org by 5:00 p.m. Monday, July 6th. Include your name, address and phone number where you can be reached the night of the P&DRB meeting. The staff will read your comments during the meeting.
- Verbal comments by phone during the meeting - Make comments by phone during the meeting by signing up with Kim Anderson. Email kanderson@wilsonnc.org or call 252.399.2211.
- Written comments after the meeting - After the meeting adjourns on Tuesday evening, the public has 24 hours to provide written comments on any public hearing item. Email kanderson@wilsonnc.org or call 252.399.2211.
