Payments can be cash, debit or credit card and apply to City of Wilson utility and Greenlight customer accounts instantly.</p><p><strong>RIDE</strong> will operate Thursday, but the driver pool might be limited. Use the app to book trips.</p><p>If you plan to celebrate the New Year's Eve, please be careful and do not drive after drinking.
