Join us on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 8 AM to 12 PM at Vollis Simpson Whirligig Park (230 Goldsboro St S, Wilson, NC) for a FREE, family-friendly event to kick off the season of discovery.
Imagination Station Science and History Museum, in partnership with the North Carolina Science Trail and the Wilson Farmers and Artisans Market, is introducing the community to the wealth of STEAM opportunities right here in eastern NC. The Wilson Farmers & Artisan Market will continue throughout the spring and summer on Saturdays from May 3 through August 23, operating from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The market will feature a wide variety of offerings, including fresh produce, seafood, baked goods, wooden art, and other handmade products created by local artisans.
This fall, the market will return with evening hours, giving residents another opportunity to shop local. The fall market will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on select Tuesdays: September 9 and 23, October 7 and 21, and November 4 and 18.
