POLICE ATHLETIC LEAGUE (PAL) FOOTBALL CAMP

JUNE 23-27, 2008 FROM 8:30AM - 1:00PM  AT THE FIKE HIGH SCHOOL SOCCER FIELD FOR GIRLS AND BOYS AGES 9-14.  THERE IS A FEE OF $15.00 PER PARTICIPANT OR $25.00 FOR TWO THAT LIVE IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD. 

PLEASE GET YOUR CHILDREN INVOLVED.  IF YOU KNOW OF OTHER CHILDREN THAT WOULD BENEFIT FROM THIS EXPERIENCE, PLEASE PASS THE WORD.  PLEASE PICK UP AN APPLICATION AT THE WILSON POLICE DEPARTMENT 120 N. GOLDSBORO ST.  WALK UPS ARE WELCOME.   UPDATE:  There were over 80 youth that participated in this successful camp.  There were numerous local high school players teaching at the camp.  Great job everyone!!!

2008 HISPANIC SUMMER FESTIVAL

JULY 19, 2008 FROM 2:00PM - 7:00PM JOIN US AT TOISNOT PARK FOR A GREAT DAY IN THE PARK FOR YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY.  THERE WILL BE MUSIC, FOOD AND ENTERTAINMENT.  DON'T MISS THIS GREAT EVENT. UPDATE:  THE 2008 HISPANIC SUMMER FESTIVAL THAT WAS HELD ON JULY 19, 2008 AT TOISNOT PARK FROM 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM.  WAS A GREAT SUCCESS!!  OVER 1000 CITIZENS ENJOYED THE FESTIVITIES.
