Budget Billing Plan

A hot summer or cold winter means we all consume more energy. It also means higher bills at certain times of year. Budget Billing allows you to smooth out the peaks and valleys of your energy bill.

Here's how it works: We examine your last 12 months of energy usage, then average it. That’s the amount you pay every month for 11 months a year. During the 12th month each year, you pay for -or get credited for- any changes in the amount of energy you consume.
