SW Environmental Specialist Daryl Norris dnorris@wilsonnc.org  252.296.3305 Investigates field complaints of illegal discharges, conducts water sample testing, coordinates activities of drainage maintenance crew. Identifies opportunities for retrofit locations. Assists with public education effort.

SW Land Management Specialist Andra Lucas alucas@wilsonnc.org 252.399.2435 Maintains database on which stormwater utility fee is based, assigns new addresses in the City of Wilson and maintains that information, responds to inquiries regarding the stormwater utility fee, assists with public education efforts.

Drainage Maintenance Crew Brooks Bunn, Supervisor  252.296.3305 or 252.399.2434 to leave message for field personnel. Generally maintains the open drainage system that serves the City of Wilson, removes debris, performs bank stabilization, and stream restoration projects. We generally DO NOT handle private drainage issues, such as stagnant water standing in a citizen's yard.

Vacuum Truck 252.296.3305 or 252.399.2434 to leave message for field personnel.  Generally maintains the closed drainage system that serves the City of Wilson.  Removes sediment, debris, trash, limbs, and other items from the stormsewer pipes and catch basins.  Also, responsible for the placement of public education drain markers.  We generally DO NOT maintain private drainage lines.
