Michael Horan - Erosion Control Specialist
Michael Horan was hired in December 2008 as the Erosion and Sediment Control Specialist to monitor runoff of sediment from construction sites. Erosion is a major stormwater pollutant and with proper construction site practices, we can keep dirt from washing onto streets into our streams, ditches, and storm drains.
If you have questions, please contact Michael Horan at (252) 296-3434.
