Fall Aerobics Class

Monthly Classes

Monday - Thursday

6:00 pm - 6:45 pm

City Resident:  $10.00 Monthly Fee 

Non Resident:  $15.00 Monthly Fee

Get Fit & Stay Fit

Low Impact & High Impact Aerobics. 

Our aerobics class is designed to focus on a different part of the body in a cardio workout each night. 

Nightly workout includes step aerobics, floor aerobics, circuit training, weights, and fitness bands.

     Held at Reid Street Center - Ages 18 & up
