5:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m  (Ages 7 - 17)

Monday - Thursday

6:15 p.m. - 7:30 p.m (Ages 18 & Up)

Cost:  City Resident $25.00                   Non Resident $37.00

Amateur boxing may be joined to train for competition or as a fitness program.  This program teaches focus, coordination, power, speed, and endurance.  Coach Crumpler works daily with each boxer to ensure a disciplined workout.  Boxers workout in stations, jump rope, shadow boxing, heavy bag, mitt work, speed bag, sit ups, and pull ups.

Boxing is a great workout that builds participants self confidence and allows them to release stress and energy in a positive disciplined way.
