Beautification Enhancement Program
The purpose of the Beautification Enhancement Program (BEP) is to provide business and non-residential property owners an economic incentive to renovate the exterior of the property in the Highway 301 area. The program encourages good design projects which involves improvements to signage, landscaping, and the exterior of the building.
