Tier II Reporting Guidance Letter
City of Wilson Fire and Rescue Services
The City of Wilson Fire Rescue Services will require electronic Tier II Submittal for the current reporting year with the following guidelines:
· Effective 2008 reporting year Wilson Fire Rescue Services has adopted the same protocol for electronic reporting as the State of North Carolina Division of Emergency Management utilizing the Tier 2 Submit software.
· Facilities can access the required software program at the following web address:
· Reports can be emailed to the following address:
o Please be sure to save and submit the file in the .t2s format not the .zip format.
· Facilities may choose to mail a CD in lieu of email submits (note: if utilizing the email reporting the facility is not required to submit CD).
· A cover letter including facility contact information must accompany the cd. In the event the disk is damaged in transit this information will be used to contact the facility to request a replacement copy.
