Wilson Regional Center of NC Division of Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
Tickets - $10 each, on sale in the Human Relations Office

Disability Awards Nominations Now OPEN!

Now accepting nominations for the following categories:

  • Employee of the Year - must be an employee with a disability
  • Employer of the Year - must be an employer that hires the disabled
  • Educator of the Year
  • Professional of the Year
  • Advocate of the Year

Nomination forms available at the bottom of the screen or in the Human Relations Office located at 104 Goldsboro Street.

 October - Celebrate Disabilities Awareness Month!

  • Employment Awareness Awards - Citizens and employers are encouraged to nominate Employees, Advocates, Professional, Educators and Employers to be recognized.
  • The WCPD searches for nominations of local citizens and businesses whose work exemplifies the national effort to increase the public's awareness of the contributions and skills of American workers with disabilities.
  • Nomination forms are available in the Human Relations Office
  • Nomination deadline is Thursday, September 30, 2010.
